Chassis — pick any chassis from the dropdown. Switching chassis while editing resets all equipped slots for the new one (a confirmation guards against losing an unsaved build).
Diagram — the interactive blueprint shows a hotspot per slot; hover for stats, click to jump to that slot. Toggle to Ship Photo to use the chassis (or your own uploaded) photo as the background instead. Zoom with +/− or scroll, drag to pan. Drag an equipped hotspot onto another of the same type to copy that part there.
Equipping parts — parts come only from your own My Ship Parts inventory, picked per slot in the Slots tab. Empty slots show up to 3 Quick equip suggestions you can click or drag onto the diagram.
Stats — capacity bars, a radar chart, and stat cards update live as you equip parts. Droid Overloads (Reactor/Engine/Weapon/Shield/Capacitor) are an optional live preview boost, not saved with the layout.
Saving & sharing — requires a Discord login. A build must be viable (reactor + engine installed, within mass and energy capacity) before it can be saved. Check "Make public" to list it in the Shipyard, and set its status to Live or Experimental.
Export — download a PNG of the blueprint with a stats summary, or open a printable spec sheet (with a QR code linking back to the shared layout, if saved).
Inhibited — if your account drops in status (e.g. a ban) and ends up with more saved layouts than the new limit allows, the oldest ones stay fully usable and the rest are shown read-only ("Inhibited") until you delete enough to get back under the limit.
